At Tuan Em, privacy isn't an afterthought—it's fundamental to how I design and build my applications. I believe that powerful, intuitive apps shouldn't come at the cost of your personal privacy. That's why I've architected my solutions with a privacy-first mindset from day one.

What I Don't Collect

Here's what makes my apps different: I don't collect, store, transmit, or analyze any personally identifiable information. No user accounts, no tracking profiles, no behavioral analytics, and no data mining. Your creative work, calculations, and app interactions remain completely private and exist only on your device.

I deliberately chose this approach because I believe the best privacy protection is not collecting data in the first place.

How My Apps Work

My applications are designed with a hybrid approach that balances functionality with privacy protection. While core processing happens locally on your device, some apps may connect to external data sources to enhance their capabilities.

What data flows in: My apps may retrieve publicly available information, reference data, or content from external sources necessary for their functionality (such as template resources, or reference materials).

What never flows out: Your personal usage patterns, created content, calculations, or any identifiable information never leaves your device. The apps only send the minimum technical requests required for their operation — nothing more.

This approach ensures you get feature-rich, up-to-date applications while maintaining complete privacy over your personal data and usage patterns.

Third-Party Services & Advertising

To keep my apps free and accessible, some applications may display advertisements through carefully selected, industry-standard advertising partners. These services operate independently and may use anonymized technical identifiers for:

• Delivering contextually relevant advertisements
• Measuring advertisement effectiveness
• Preventing fraudulent activities and ensuring ad quality
• Optimizing ad performance across different devices

Important: I do not share any personal data with advertisers, as I don't collect personal data to begin with. All advertising data collection is managed entirely by the advertising platforms according to their own privacy policies.

Data Security & Storage

Since all data processing occurs locally, your information benefits from your device's built-in security features, including hardware encryption, secure enclaves, and biometric protection (where available). I don't operate servers that store user data, eliminating the risk of data breaches or unauthorized access to your personal information.

Your Rights & Control

You maintain complete control over your data because it never leaves your device. You can delete any app-generated content by simply removing it from your device. There are no hidden caches, remote backups, or cloud synchronization unless explicitly enabled by you through your device's operating system.

Compliance & Standards

My privacy practices align with international privacy standards including GDPR, CCPA, and other regional privacy regulations. By design, my apps meet the highest privacy requirements without requiring complex compliance mechanisms.

Transparency & Updates

I commit to maintaining this level of transparency about my privacy practices. If I ever make changes to this policy, I'll update this page and clearly communicate any modifications. However, my core principle of privacy-by-design will remain unchanged.
